This package is designed for those who want to qualify as a Duty Manager.
To complete this course you will need to working in a leisure centre for 16 hours per work in a team leader role. For this reason, you will need to have experience in working in the sector already and so will probably already hold your Lifeguard or your Apprenticeship in Operations qualification.
