    The all day event on Friday the 27th January supported Holocaust Memorial Day. Michael Sherrin, Henning Falloon and Ben Balla-Muir gave fellow students a first hand account of a visit to Auschwitz concentration camp.

    Official opening of 21st century facility a great success
    Mr Gordon Tregear, Vice Lord Lieutenant of West Sussex and Mrs Rosemary Crowley, CBE, officially opened the Wolfson Food and Nutrition Facility, funded by the Wolfson Foundation, at the College of Richard Collyer this week. The Wolfson Food and Nutrition Facility comprises modern kitchen and lap-top facilities and is the largest facility of its kind in the country being used by AS and A2 students studying the Food, Nutrition and Health course.

    New bursary scheme recognises GCSE success
    Collyer’s has awarded £500 bursaries to 8 new students, in recognition of their outstanding GCSE results.

    Gifted student Oliver Wilks has won the 12 to 18 Years category of the Young British Wildlife Photography Awards for his photograph: “Red Fox Yawning After His Afternoon Nap”, photographed last year at Warnham Local Nature Reserve.
