A Level, AS Level and AVCE Results 2010
A and AS level results are due at college on THURSDAY 19TH AUGUST, and arrangements for collection are as follows:
- Candidates with an exam number 0001-5999 (MOSTLY 2A STUDENTS) can collect their results between 11am and 12pm, from the Sports Hall.
- Candidates with an exam number 6000-9999 (MOSTLY 1A STUDENTS) can collect their results between 1pm and 2pm, from the Sports Hall.
The college has a policy of providing students with their examination slips, sent by the examination board, and an internal Collyer’s summary sheet. We find that this gives each student the most accurate information about their results but it does mean that the results are not available for collection until 11.00a.m. You will see breakfast news coverage of results being given out at 9.00a.m. for example but ignore this, as we prefer a more secure system.

Members of staff and West Sussex Careers Advisers will be in college to resolve problems.
RESULTS WILL ONLY BE RELEASED TO STUDENTS ON PRODUCTION OF THEIR COLLEGE I.D. CARD, OR PASSPORT OR PHOTO I.D. DRIVING LICENCE AS PROOF OF IDENTITY. We will not release results to family members or friends so please do not think it is acceptable to send your mother or father to collect your results.
Your results will also be available on “My Progress” on Thursday 19th August at 8am. Results not collected in person will be posted and should arrive the next day.
N.B. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RESULTS BE GIVEN OVER THE TELEPHONE.
GCSE, BTEC FIRST, OCR IT Results
GCSE, BTEC First and OCR IT Intermediate results are due at college on TUESDAY 24TH AUGUST, and students will be able to collect these from the college reception between 12 noon and 2 p.m. on that day. Results not collected in person will be posted and should be received on Wednesday, 25th August.

Other Results
Other results do not arrive on a particular date. Most that have arrived by Tuesday, 24th August, will be available with GCSE results but those that arrive after that date will be sent by post to leavers. Examples are Word Processing, IT Documentation and French and Spanish for Beginners.
