Facilities

To accommodate Collyer’s growing sporting provision, the college has an array of versatile facilities that can accommodate most sporting activities, and which are also hired out to community groups to help develop sport locally. The playing fields have space for two football pitches, a rugby pitch, 5-a-side football and volleyball.

The floodlit multi use games area (MUGA) is used mainly for netball, tennis and 5-a-side football. The newly refurbished Sports Centre caters for a variety of indoor sports including Basketball, Badminton and Table Tennis. Collyer’s also has its own fitness suite where students and staff can use the facility at no cost. The fitness suite is well equipped with a range of cardio-vascular machines as well as fixed and free weight equipment.
