We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Director as a brand new role at the college to lead on future HR strategy and manage a team of three part time staff in providing a first class service to the college. Collyer’s is growing every year and the new Director role has the potential to take on additional responsibility over the coming years. The successful candidate will most likely be CIPD qualified or be able to demonstrate the appropriate level and broad range of HR experience, with excellent communication skills, able to adapt to changing priorities and be confident working with databases and Excel.
You will work closely with the Senior Management Team and Governors in an advisory capacity for employee relations, employment law and HR matters and will be confident in your ability to apply legislative guidance.
