5 reasons to choose Collyer’s
Collyer’s is ranked the 3rd sixth form college in the country for A Levels by the Department for Education. It is, by a clear margin, the top state sixth form in West Sussex.
Collyer’s is situated within a beautiful market town called Horsham. The town is ideally located between London and Brighton with easy access to Gatwick Airport which is just twenty minutes away by car or train.
The current tuition fee is £9,000 per year. Including accommodation, the total fee is £16,900 for a student beginning at Collyer’s in Autumn 2021. As such the total annual fee at Collyer’s is less than 50% of some independent schools.
The most recent statistics published by the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) show that 90.3% of Collyer’s students who completed a degree achieved a 1st or a 2:1. Collyer’s students have proven that, at university, they perform significantly better than the average for the rest of the sixth form college sector and the wider state sector. At Russell Group universities, 45% of our students achieved a 1st class degree – significantly higher than both state and independent sectors.
As a Sixth Form College, Collyer’s can offer a huge variety of courses across A Levels, BTECs and T Levels. In the 2021/22 academic year we will offer more than 45 courses.
