My Collyer’s
The college provides resources to help Staff and Students onsite and from home. Staff and Students must login using their college credentials. We are a Microsoft college. You will need to set up Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile to be able to access your account. You can download the app from your app/play store.
Students- Daytime

Student portal (if you are in college please access via the Student CommonRoom) Log on with your Collyer’s credentials.
Student Common Room (16-19 sixth form link) If you are on your laptop click on the link. If you are on your mobile you will need to download the Sharepoint app to access the Student CommonRoom (available for both iOS and Android in your play/app store). Once installed, sign in with your Collyer’s credentials.(Collyer’s user name) please add @collyers.ac.uk to your user name. EG 25XXXXXXX@collyers.ac.uk if logging in from home and your password. Then scroll to Featured Links and select Student CommonRoom.
Adult Education Students (Evening)

Staff
Download the Sharepoint app to access the StaffRoom from your mobile (available for both iOS and Android). Once installed, sign in with your Microsoft 365 credentials.(Collyer’s user name) please add @collyers.ac.uk to your user name. Then scroll to Featured Links to find The StaffRoom
Microsoft Office
Access your OneDrive, Sharepoint sites, email and other office apps. You may need to download the relevant app if using your mobile.Once installed, sign in with your Microsoft 365 credentials.
