Staff Development

The College provides a supportive environment to promote and encourage staff with continuing professional development in skills and knowledge. We are a member of S7, a consortium of colleges committed to pursuing excellence through collaboration.  As part of S7 we benefit from the wide range of development and training opportunities it offers.

Amongst our goals, we aim to enhance good teaching and learning and assist with career progression.

We achieve this by offering:

  • Training days identified by individual application
  • Development of team building activities
