21 hours per week, preferably over 4 days per week

We are seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic administrator to join our dedicated Careers and Personal Development Teams at our successful and inclusive sixth form college. This is a varied and rewarding role helping to manage careers guidance meetings for students and acting as a key point of contact for students, staff and parents/carers on careers, progression and personal development related queries. You will maintain efficient booking and tracking systems, update records and monitor data using internal and external platforms, and support the planning and organisation of careers, progression and enrichment events. You will also provide administrative support for the wider tutorial, enrichment and student voice programme.

The working pattern for this term time only post will be 21 hours per week, ideally spread over 4 days.

Salary: This post will be paid at Point 5 on the Support Staff Pay Scale. The annual salary for a FT post at this point is £25,519pa which is £11,972pa prorated for 21 hours pw term time only (0.4758 fte).
