I’ve been a teacher for 23 years, working across mainstream secondary, specialist autism provision, international schools, and primary education. I’m currently Director of Learning for Inclusion at a local secondary school, driven by a deep passion for inclusion, SEND, and pastoral care. My career has focused on helping young people re-engage with learning and believe in themselves again. I’m fascinated by neuroscience and personal development, using these insights to build confidence, curiosity, and belonging in both students and staff. I’m also deeply committed to inclusion and supporting the education of young people in my community.
