The College will refund the cost of eye tests for staff who work on computers regularly.

A free tea/coffee service is offered in the staff room at break time with complimentary tea/coffee available throughout the working day.

Wellbeing

The College provides access to relaxation massages, counselling (subject to HR approval), free on site health checks, supports Walking for Health and makes time available for Staff wellbeing events throughout the year.

Staff Development

The College provides a supportive environment to promote and encourage staff with continuing professional development in skills and knowledge. We are a member of S7, a consortium of colleges committed to pursuing excellence through collaboration.  As part of S7 we benefit from the wide range of development and training opportunities it offers.
