We are looking for a new member of staff to join our sports department. This role will involve providing admin support for the PE team in the delivery of Collyer’s competitive sports programme, sports curriculum and the Duke of Edinburgh Award course. The role includes maintaining records, liaising with teaching and support staff, communicating with students and external stakeholders and providing cover for the main reception desk.
The working pattern for this term time only post will be 19 hours per week from September to May. The hours will ideally be spread over 4 days per week, with some flexibility to adapt working hours when required to meet the needs of the department. From May half term, 9.5 hours to be worked over 2 days.

Salary: This post will be paid at Point 6 rising to Point 7 on the Support Staff Pay Scale. The annual salary for a FT post on this range is £25,558pa to £25,951 which is £9,990 rising to £10,144 prorated for 17.25 hours pw term time only (0.3909 fte).
