Emotional Wellbeing Through the Creative Arts
About the course
This experiential course will explore, in a relaxed and fun way, a variety of creative tools in order to enhance wellbeing. You will have an opportunity to experiment with and experience a number of, different methods of creative expression. The skills learned will provide you with confidence and empower you to use them, in order to support yourself in relationships and your life. It will also allow you to re-engage and re-connect with your creative self.
The activities will include a combination of storytelling, poetry, writing, movement, art theatre, singing, spontaneous play and reflective practise.
Please wear comfortable clothing (layers preferably).
Bring a pen and paper.
You must be aged 19+
You do not need any prior experience in any of the creative arts, just a willingness to explore and have fun!

There are no fee reductions for this course. We do, however, offer a full refund after the first week should you decide not to progress with the course.
